Luxury Wilderness Accommodations | Canvas Cabin

On the secluded side of Star Camp, set in a meadow of wildflowers on the ridge overlooking Siwash Lake, is our custom built, signature Canvas Cabin. With spectacular lake and mountain views, this is the ideal accommodation for those seeking adventure and to be close to Nature, while still enjoying luxurious comforts.

Canvas Cabin

This Canvas Cabin features a luxurious king bed (can also be made up with two single beds), plus a queen-size sofa bed.

It has hardwood floors, antique furnishings, a wrought iron, glass-fronted fireplace, and a 2-piece en-suite bathroom within. A smoke-glass French door leads to a private cedar-clad patio with outdoor shower.


 

Custom-Design

Inspired by the rebirth of the surrounding landscape, we worked with canvas and wood while applying traditional frontier and Indigenous designs to create this structure that harmonizes with the regenerating forest, so our guests can feel at one with Nature.

By adding a special sky light for star gazing from the comforts of your expansive king bed, we offer a rare adventure in the wilds that you'll cherish forever. This structure is built on a raised platform for minimal environmental impact.

In the evenings, watch the sun set over the wilds and the far-off Marble mountains, while you enjoy a glass of chardonnay on your front porch. In the mornings, open your privacy shutters and watch sunrise over the lake as you take an invigorating shower in the great outdoors.
